After determining the type and size of stand required (please refer to Stand Cost and Packages), a potential exhibitor can either register online here , get in touch directly with a sales representative (details under contact) or Download the Fax Back Form and fax the completed form to us.

Following which:

  • A sales representative will soon revert with a viable option - marking out the stand(s) on the floor plan
  • A legally binding contract will need to be signed by the exhibitor confirming the location and stand
  • Payments should be in UAE DIRHAMS (AED) only, and made payable to Dubai World Trade Centre (L.L.C.)
